Where do I need to send my documents?

Where you send your documents will depend on the method in which we need to submit your application. There are many different submission methods, including postage, going to the Embassy ourselves and electronic submissions.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you the address of where you need to send your documents. We have two offices in the UK, one in London and one in Batley, West Yorkshire, and each office will be able to handle your order with care and professionalism.

Note: Please do not send anything to us without a confirmed order reference number. This will be provided to you at the time of your order either online or over the phone. 

Where you send your documents will depend on your visa type and service speed. If you are applying for an electronic visa, in most cases you can provide your supporting documents digitally. In other cases, we will need to original documents which can be posted to us via a secure postal service or delivered to one of our offices in person.
