Are the timescales offered guaranteed?

We process all documents as quickly as possible upon receipt and strive to meet the required timescales. However, please be aware that occasional delays may occur at government offices, such as the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) or various Embassies, which are beyond our control. Although these delays are rare, if we become aware of any, we will notify you promptly, allowing you to adjust your plans accordingly.
